1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and x-findmyphone Ltd. ("Operator", "we", "us"), operator of x-findmyphone.us ("Platform", "Service").

By accessing https://x-findmyphone.us, creating an account, submitting a phone number, accepting a lookup authorization, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

The Platform provides telecommunications intelligence services including GSM carrier lookup, partial location intelligence previews, paid GPS lookup reports, and optional outbound call routing, depending on the product selected at checkout.

Preview results may be redacted or partial. Full reports are delivered after successful payment and account provisioning unless otherwise stated during checkout.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Third-party carriers and data providers affect availability and accuracy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract. You represent that use of lookup services is lawful in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction associated with the target phone number.

4. Authorization & Acceptable Use

You may only submit phone numbers that you own, administer, or are explicitly authorized to investigate with informed consent from the account or device owner.

You must accept the Lookup Authorization Agreement before any analysis begins. We log acceptance including version, timestamp, IP address, and user agent for compliance purposes.

• No stalking, harassment, domestic surveillance, or locating persons without consent.
• No bypassing carrier or device privacy controls for unlawful purposes.
• No reselling, scraping, or automated bulk querying without written permission.
• No use that violates telecommunications, privacy, consumer protection, or data protection laws.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in the checkout flow before payment and may vary by service type. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers. By paying, you authorize us to charge the displayed amount.

Orders are linked to the email address you provide. Accounts may be created automatically and credentials sent to that email. You are responsible for keeping login details secure.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, fees are non-refundable once service delivery or processing has started for the relevant order.

6. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or legal violations without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform software, branding, design, and documentation are owned by x-findmyphone Ltd. or its licensors.

Paid reports grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use output for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not republish raw platform data as a competing service.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact GPS coordinates, real-time location, or complete carrier attribution.

x-findmyphone.us is an independent service and is not affiliated with Apple, Google, Samsung, or mobile network operators unless explicitly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, x-findmyphone Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may terminate or restrict access if you breach these Terms, applicable law, or if continued service poses legal or security risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on x-findmyphone.us. Material changes take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
